Custom Fabrication

You describe it, sketch it or hand us a print - we build it in steel, square and to dimension. One-offs are the specialty, not the exception.

What comes out of the shop

  • Equipment frames, mounts and brackets
  • Machine guards and safety railing
  • Truck and trailer modifications - headache racks, toolboxes, flatbeds
  • Gates, security grilles and heavy hinges
  • Shop tables, stands, jigs and fixtures
  • Repair-impossible parts recreated from the broken original

From napkin to steel, honestly

Half our fabrication starts as a phone description or a photo with an arrow on it. We'll talk through loads, mounting and material, sketch it into a real plan, and quote it firm - then build square, welded through and finished as specified: bare, primed or painted. Dimensions get honored because we measure like machinists, not like decking crews.

Have a formal drawing? Better still - tolerances and materials off the print, questions asked before cutting, not after.

Common questions

What's a one-off cost?

Material plus honest shop time - quoted firm before work starts. Small brackets are cheaper than people fear; send the photo and find out.

What materials do you work?

Mild steel daily, aluminum and stainless routinely, cast iron repairs with proper process. Tube, plate, angle and sheet all live in the rack.

Can you design it for me?

Yes - describe the problem and the loads, and we'll engineer a sensible solution together before quoting. Design conversation is free.

If it's steel, we can build it.
