Mobile Welding

Some steel can't come to the shop - so the shop drives to it. Farm gates, site equipment, docks and the breakdowns that happen exactly where they're hardest to fix.

Where the rig goes

  • Farms and ranches - equipment, gates, corrals and the endless list
  • Construction sites - erection support, fixes and modifications between trades
  • Fleet yards - trailer and truck repairs without the tow
  • Docks and waterfront - railings, ladders and lifts where they live
  • Heavy equipment down in the field - welded where it died
  • Anything too big, too fixed or too broken to trailer in

A shop on wheels, not a compromise

The rig runs a full multi-process machine, generator, gas, grinders and steel stock - field repairs get the same process-matched welds the shop would lay, with weather management for wind and rain built into how we work. Field welding done casually looks fine and fails early; we bring the shop's standards to the driveway, the ditch or the dock.

Farm and fleet clients keep us on speed dial for a reason: breakdown calls answered fast, running lists knocked out in scheduled visits, and equipment that goes back to work instead of waiting on transport.

Common questions

What does mobile service cost?

A travel call plus shop-rate time on site - quoted before the truck rolls. Batch a few jobs into one visit and the call fee spreads thin.

How fast for equipment down?

Breakdowns get priority routing - often same day. Say what's broken and where; we'll be honest about arrival.

Can you weld in wind or rain?

With windbreaks and process choices, most weather is workable - and we'll say plainly when conditions would compromise the weld, because a bad field weld is worse than a day's wait.

Can't come to the shop? The shop drives.
